When to take the tests? SAT-ACT… and SAT IIs

By SAT ACT Test Prep

e1f86f972d8b0358-act-satPublic schools in Connecticut will be offering an SAT to all students sometime in March. The test will be paid for by the state of Connecticut.  This is a great opportunity to have a trial run at the new SAT.

The timing of the College Board’s March 5 SAT has created an unprecedented issue. Many of The Learning Consultants’ SAT students from our Winter (or Summer/Fall) SAT class are doubling up that week by taking the school sponsored SAT March 2nd (Daniel Hand High School and many other Shoreline, CT schools will have the test on that date) and the Saturday, March 5th test that same week.  Some, of course, have opted to wait for the May test.

As for the ACT, our SAT-ACT Mastery Seminar starting on March 19-20th will have students ready for the April ACT and/or the June ACT.

At this juncture, some of our students will take the May SAT I and some will use that date for SAT IIs (subject tests).   June will be the additional date for either SAT or SAT IIs.

Each of our clients have individual needs related to the timing of the tests but that is the general testing schedule this spring.
